  Worst car wash service I have ever come across. The car came back dirty, sandy, the seat soaking wet and half the dashboard lights were flashing due to water reaching the electronics within it. Evidence of road grime everywhere, I will never use this franchise again, not how I want to feel after anticipating a nice clean car. And all this after all the particularly persistent up selling from the concierge. The one star was for the good coffee Felt dirtier receiving it than I did first dropping it off to them

  Looking at the job they did, I couldnt stop thinking at every area, "rough as guts". I agreed to the $200 interior detail + exterior wash, 40 min later the manager called me over & I just couldnt believe he would give a car over like that & not be embarrassed! The mags get cleaned on the outside only, he said they don't do inside the rims; & the job of the rims was dirty on the sides facing downwards, once theyd been rotated there was so much brake dust I cringed for them! (Dont worry they didnt suffer from any embarrassment). They don't remove or clean close to phone holders on the glass; the paint wash still had dirt on lower panel patches, let alone being finished with the extra wax I paid for; the headlights were blurred- I said to the manager, "theyre worse than when I came in!" Gratefully he got out some cut & polish & cleaned it up. "Shampooed seats" were just wet, the manager had a 3 minute scrub & they came up 3 minutes worth of better... They get 2 stars for the manager calling over 2 boys to clean the stuff up I pointed out, but they were apathetic & yawning, totally not bothered. Must get it a lot. I got so rorted with these guys

  The last two times I have had to spend an extra 10 minutes showing them everywhere they have missed on the outside and the inside of my car. They have also left dirty cloths on my car after telling me it was ready to go. The last time was by far the worst. I told them everywhere they had missed, they then spent a few soconds on it and then got home to find even more that they had missed inside my car. I called to complain and they didn't care.
